Bukan steroid anti-inflamasi (Nsaid) balik menghalang platelet lekat dan penjumlahan dan mungkin memperpanjang masa pendarahan dalam beberapa pesakit. Dengan pengecualian dari aspirin, platelet kesan melihat dengan paling Nsaid di biasa disarankan dos biasanya sedikit dan yang agak tempoh yang singkat tapi mungkin lebih diucapkan pada pasien dengan mendasari b yang tidak normal. Thrombocytopenia juga telah dilaporkan jarang pada NSAID digunakan. Terapi dengan Nsaid perlu diberikan berhati-hati pesakit penting pendarahan aktif atau diatesis berdarah, termasuk b dan/atau pembekuan kecacatan berkaitan dengan hemofilia, kekurangan vitamin K, hypoprothrombinemia, thrombocytopenia, thrombocytopathy, atau teruk hati kemerosotan. Nsaid yang terpilih menghalang cyclooxygenase-2 (iaitu, COX-2 inhibitor) tidak muncul untuk mempengaruhi platelet fungsi atau pendarahan masa di ditunjukkan dos dan mungkin akan lebih baik jika risiko pendarahan adalah satu kebimbangan.
