Penggunaan cyclosporine disarankan pada pasien dengan artritis artritis atau psoriasis dengan normal fungsi ginjal. Cyclosporine menyebabkan balik pengurangan dalam aliran darah buah pinggang dan glomerular kadar penapisan menyebabkan peningkatan serum peluang untuk bertemu muka dan darah urea nitrogen.
