Pengguna:

Tetracyclines (kecuali doxycycline) dihapuskan oleh buah pinggang untuk pelbagai tahap. Pesakit dengan buah pinggang mungkin berada pada risiko yang lebih besar untuk tetrasiklin-berkaitan hati dan/atau buah pinggang keracunan (meningkat BUN dengan akibat azotemia, hyperphosphatemia, dan asidosis) kerana menurun dadah pelepasan. Terapi dengan tetracyclines perlu diberikan berhati-hati di dikurangkan dos dalam pasien dengan buah pinggang. Klinis pemantauan buah pinggang dan fungsi hati disarankan, dan serum tetrasiklin tahap mungkin perlu semasa berpanjangan terapi.
